
Pensacola Opera holds auditions every year for both its Mainstage Season and its Artist in Residence Program. These auditions are held in New York in December and Pensacola in May. If you are a managed singer and would like to be considered for Pensacola Opera, please have your agent contact Artistic Director Kyle Marrero directly. If you would like to be considered for a non-managed audition time, please download, fill out, and return our audition application. The deadline for receiving applications for the New York auditions is November 1st, 2008. Singers who have been granted a New York audition will be notified by December 1st. The deadline for Pensacola audition applications is March 15th, 2009, and singers granted an audition will be notified by April 15th. Submission Requirements:
Please Note: If you are granted an audition time, you will be asked to pay a $30.00 audition fee which will cover the cost of the provided accompanist. Please do not enclose a check with your audition application; you may pay this fee over the phone using a credit or debit card when your audition is scheduled. This fee will serve as the confirmation of your audition time. Mail all applications to:
