When we say that we’re growing by leaps and bounds, never was a quote more true! We are almost finished with the much-needed and -anticipated renovations to the Opera Center! If you’ve been by the opera center lately, then you know why the staff, the chorus and all who use this space are so excited. A 1,200 square foot addition to our building includes new offices, a conference room, and a face lift to our rehearsal hall and kitchen.
Even though major construction is complete, funding is still needed to finish the Opera Center and make it a space the community can truly enjoy. Opera lovers have the unique opportunity to support Pensacola Opera and to leave an enduring symbol of their support with an engraved brick paver. They will be placed in the sidewalk outside of the newly renovated Opera Center on 75 South Tarragona Street. Brick pavers are an excellent way to honor or memorialize a loved one or special friend, and they make fabulous gifts.
