Subscriber Benefits
By becoming a season subscriber to Pensacola Opera, you receive not only a substantial discount over the single ticket price, but “own” your seats, and receive benefits exclusive to our season ticketholders:
- Substantial savings (20%) over the single ticket price
- Priority seating and guaranteed same seating for next season
- Ticket exchange privileges
- Ticket insurance at no additional cost
- Discounts on additional tickets
Ticket Policies
- Tickets purchased for Pensacola Opera performances are non-refundable.
- Tickets purchased within ten days of the production date will be held at the box office for pickup.
- Season ticketholders may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same production only by returning their original tickets to the Pensacola Opera box office at least 24 hours before the original performance date.
- Tickets may be “upgraded” to a different seating section, based on availability, by returning the original tickets to the Opera box office and paying the difference between the original and new ticket prices. No additional fees are charged for ticket upgrades by season subscribers.
- Season ticketholders who have lost or misplaced their tickets may receive replacements at no additional charge by calling the Opera box office. Replacement tickets or seat vouchers will be mailed or held at the box office.
