Make your way down the Amazon as you discover the lush flavors of Brazilian cuisine and the lush score of Florencia in the Amazon.
5:30 PM | Live Music & Social with the Pensacola Opera’s Artists in Residence performing music from Florencia in the Amazon. Wine provided by Pensacola Opera.
6:00 – 8:00 PM | Hands-on Class
Feel free to bring your own wine to enjoy in the class. No extra charge!
This is an interactive, hands-on class where you “learn by doing” with all kitchen tools and an apron provided. Just as in your home kitchen, food is prepared with the class as a group for the group to enjoy. Our culinary instructor joins you in the central cook area to teach you relevant skills and techniques for the recipes provided. Students receive a recipe packet to take home. Tickets are $40.
