On Saturday, April 11, 2015 Pensacola Opera will host its annual Operazzi Ball at New World Landing. The theme of this year’s Ball is A Pirate’s Promenade, in celebration of Pensacola Opera’s 32nd Season and March production of The Pirates of Penzance.

The evening will include a sit-down dinner, dancing to music by The Don Snowden Big Band with Holly Shelton, and special performances by Pensacola Opera’s 2015 Artists in Residence. Dress is black-tie and the evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres. Complimentary wine and champagne will be served throughout the evening. Fabulous items and experiences will be featured in live and silent auctions.

This year’s Operazzi Ball Honorary Chairs are Ruth Orth and Rick Harper and the Chair is Nan Einhart. All proceeds from this event will support the Opera’s many artistic and education initiatives, from professional mainstage productions to nationally recognized education and community outreach programs. Tickets are $150 each and table sponsorships are available. This is a limited seating event and reservations are required in advance. If you are interested in sponsoring, please call Jennifer Knisbell at (850) 433-6737.
