Operazzi in Black and White

Operazzi is Pensacola Opera’s annual spring fundraising ball. An evening of glitz, glamour, decadent food, free-flowing wine, and dancing the night away…all to support music education initiatives in our community.

With a theme to celebrate the just-ended season, Operazzi in Black & White encompasses the elegance of a Scottish wedding at Lammermoor castle, with the effervescence of Prince Orlofsky’s ball! Feel free to dress in your classiest black – or white – tie, and join in the theme!

Cocktail hour boasts free-flowing wine & champagne with passed hors d’oeuvres where you can take to the dance floor to the sounds of crowd favorite, Mr. Big and the Rhythm Sisters. A preview of our 42nd Season kicks off the program with performances by local artists.

Dinner will feature gourmet food stations where you can mix & mingle and create your own decadent plate before taking your reserved seat for the ever-exciting live auction! You’ll have the opportunity to bid on five exciting live auction packages, ranging from unique experiences to luxury items including a sponsorship package to Rock the Runway 2025 where you will get to take to the runway as a model, enjoy 4 tickets to the show, and other exclusive VIP perks.

Following the auction, we will host a quick paddle raise where every dollar raised goes towards Pensacola Opera’s Jan Miller Studio Artist program and education initiatives.  

Opera education relies on your community support through sponsorships, ticket purchases, auction bidding, and a paddle raise at the annual Operazzi Ball. Join us for Operazzi and help more kids find their voice and experience opera.

A black gown. A tux with tails. A white bridal-inspired look. Add a little sparkle for a champagne-induced ball. Draw inspiration from our 41st Season productions or don your classiest black or white attire and let’s Operazzi!

Your ticket purchase supports our education budget for next season and includes all food, wine & champagne, reserved seating, and a dedicated paddle.
