Let's Rock...the Runway.

Pensacola Opera is pleased to announce its ground-breaking, musical fashion-fusion event, Rock the Runway, featuring members of the star-studded musical show, Rock Me Amadeus Live, from New York City. On February 22, 2024, at Vinyl Music Hall, the fashion runway will be filled with the sound of iconic rock and pop songs from your favorite bands from the 70s, 80s, and 90s melding with operatic masterpieces to create an experience unlike any seen in Pensacola. Featuring designs inspired by iconic opera heroines and curated by local boutiques, this evening promises to bring together the worlds of music and fashion in a way that is visually stunning and artistically inspiring. All proceeds directly support professional opera performances and educations programs that enrich the culture of our community.

Tickets & Seating:

VIP Ticket | $150
Your VIP Ticket Includes:
– Open Bar 6 PM – 7 PM
– Reserved Seating for Show beginning at 7 PM
– Entrance into VIP Reception directly following the show with an open bar and desserts.
– Your choice of seat location:

Catwalk Central (Floor Seats): Sit in the center of all the action! These seats will be located on the floor surrounding the runway. Due to the location of these seats, all guests must remain seated during the show.

See & Be Seen (Balcony Tables): Level Up to the Balcony! Parties of two or four can reserve a high-top table which will line the balcony. Not only will you have a stellar view, but you will also have access to a bar which will remain open throughout the show. Limited quantities are available so book now!

It will certainly be more than just a typical fashion show, it will be 'fashion theater.' Rock the Runway attendees can expect a unique musical fashion experience combining opera costumes created by Wardrobe Witchery and looks inspired by the featured opera characters put together from local boutiques and stores. Guests will be entertained by featured castmates of Rock Me Amadeus Live performing your favorite rock and classical songs reimagined and brought to life together like never before. They will bring the grandeur of symphonic classical music, the opulence of opera, and the powerful emotions and nostalgia of rock and pop songs into one electrifying experience. Set assumptions aside, and plan to be mesmerized by what talented individuals brought together can cook up to entertain the community.

as Model

Aimee Dumas, born and raised in Pensacola. Worked for Jim Reeves for 10 years before joining his son, Mayor D.C. Reeves, as Executive Assistant to the Mayor in 2022. Active in the Community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pensacola Little Theatre, WSRE, and Gulf Coast Kids House. Loves Pensacola, champagne, and her pup Charlie.

Marlee Bruno

as Model

Marlee Bruno owns two local businesses, Mind Body & Soul Medical and Injector Coach Institute. She has a passion for encouraging women to know their worth and behave accordingly. She is a mentor to many business owners and students, both in our community and abroad. Her most challenging, yet rewarding job is being a mom. 

Jen Wells

Jen Wells owns Jen’s Designer Deals in Gulf Breeze.  She loves dressing women to make them feel confident and beautiful.  She also likes making a difference in her community.  As a longtime supporter of The Pensacola Opera, she is thrilled to be able to combine all of these passions and Rock the Runway!

Sherry Franklin

Hi! I’m Sherry Franklin owner of Franklin Antiques. I am a native Pensacolian for 64 years and love my City. I’m a Mother of three and Grandmother off five. I grew up here attending public schools, playing in band and active in my church with the youth group worship. I went on to marry, have a family and was a homemaker for a good part of my life. Ive always had a love for junkin and antiques since an early age back to my teens. Ive owned Franklin Antiques for 20 years now and looking forward to retiring soon. I love Volkswagens and enjoy my 1972 VW. Ill stay active in the communities charity work which is also a passion of mine. I love you all!

Reagan Pommier

Hi I’m Reagan Pommier Nelson general manager of Dillard’s at the Cordova Mall. I’m a Louisiana native but have quickly found a love for my Florida friends that I also call family here in Pensacola. I have been with Dillards for 10 years and have had the pleasure of assisting or managing 5 different stores in 4 different states. I feel I have a responsibility to the people who work for me and believe in me to continue and build our business and relationships here in the Gulf Coast.

Jihan Cote

Jihan works in the medical device industry and is also  a dedicated local volunteer. She has lived in Pensacola since her high school years and considers herself a native. She and her husband, Kevin live downtown Pensacola with their two teens Parker and Kayla. When she’s not working she loves to spend time with her family and friends doing anything community-related! Jihan embodies the spirit of collaboration both in her work and in volunteerism. She enjoys local events that have a fashion element and showcase different styles. She is especially supportive of events and opportunities when there is a purpose and a commitment to the arts and our community.

Jessica Duncan

as Model

Jessica Duncan, an award-winning, top-producing Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Main Street Properties, is driven by a passion for providing the highest level of service with integrity to clients in her hometown. Jessica is married her biggest cheerleader, Mike Duncan, for 23 years. Jessica was educated at the University of West Florida and is deeply rooted in her serving community.

Kim Watson

as Model

Kimberly is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida and has resided in Pensacola for the past 10 years. She is married to attorney Aaron Watson and is a mother of three. She has a 2 year old daughter Mia and two 7 year-old twin boys, Houston and Gray.  She currently serves as Vice President for The Watson Firm, PLLC. and is the President of The Watson Family Foundation. She enjoys traveling, fashion, philanthropy, and spending time with family & friends.

Meri Asmar

as Model

Meri lives on Pensacola Beach with her husband, Joel, and their 14 year old boy/girl twins, Sawyer and Lily. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, she met her husband at FSU, and moved to Pensacola after graduation. She has been the HR Director for The Lewis Bear Company for 28 years, and is an active community volunteer, serving as past president of IMPACT 100, and on the Boards of Gulf Coast Kids House, United Way, YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Catholic Charities, Early Learning Coalition, and Junior League. She’s always up for “fun in the sun” and enjoys travel, bicycling, boating, attending her kids’ activities, and outdoor adventures with her family and friends.

Sally Bergosh

as Model

Sally Bergosh has served as the Executive Director for Health and Hope Clinic since August 2019. Health and Hope Clinic is a free clinic for the underserved and operates with an almost all volunteer staff, including 330 volunteer doctors, dentists, nurses, and non-medical volunteers. In 2023, the clinic provided over $5 million dollars in free health care, dental, pharmacy, and mental health- furthering the mission to provide health and hope to the hurting and underserved.

Prior to being the Executive Director at Health and Hope Clinic, Sally was the corporate trainer with NurseSpring, a nine-location staffing and home-care agency with offices from Virginia through Tampa, Florida. Sally assisted with formalization, standardization, and implementation of training for all new hires. She also served as their community liaison in the greater Pensacola market.

Before joining NurseSpring, Sally spent 5 years working with the Escambia County School District. She assisted low-performing schools and served as the district’s Director of the Mentor Program, where she quadrupled community partnership volunteer mentors in the schools.

Sally has co-owned and operated multiple successful small businesses in both California and Florida in retail and property management. She has a background in corporate sales with GTE Wireless and AT&T.

Active as a volunteer, Sally has a long history of working to strengthen our community, including service as Escambia County PTA president, Florida PTA Board of Directors, and IMPACT 100 Mentor/Ambassador. Sally serves with the Baptist Healthcare Foundation Women’s Board, Team Development Chair with Making Strides against Breast Cancer, Mental Health Task Force Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA. Sally is also an active member of USTA Women’s Tennis.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in Journalism and Russian; she and her husband Jeff, along with their 3 children, Tori, Nicholas and Brandon, have called Pensacola their home since 2004.

Isabel Miller

Isabel Miller was born and raised in Gulf Breeze Florida. She is a recent graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. After spending some time in London, she recently launched her own luxury, coastal, jewelry line here in Pensacola Florida. She enjoys creating high end quality pieces that withstand the coastal elements. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and, of course, going to the beach!

Ashley Ranow

Meet a dynamic individual who wears multiple hats with finesse. As a sports mom, she passionately supports her children in their athletic pursuits, bringing boundless energy to the sidelines. Beyond the realm of sports, she is the proud owner of Light Bright Events, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit in the world of event planning. Complementing her business endeavors, she is a dedicated community advocate, actively involved in initiatives that uplift and empower those around her. Jo Rich

Jo Rich, a proud Iowan turned Pensacola resident since 1997, stands as a dynamic entrepreneurial force in the heart of downtown Pensacola. As the proprietor of Jo Rich Beauty and Rich Events, she not only orchestrates business success but also embodies her fervor for entrepreneurship and beauty. Motivated by her personal journey through postpartum depression, Jo has transformed her pain into a mission, empowering women to embrace both inner and outer beauty. Recognized over the past 6 years with multiple accolades, including Woman of the Year, Favie Award, and Best in Pensacola, she is a steadfast advocate for community engagement. Jo actively gives back by collaborating with charitable organizations such as Pensacola Opera, Habitat for Humanity, Covenant Care, Pace Center for Girls, AMIKids, and First Tee Gulf Coast. Currently, she serves on the board for AMIKids, is a proud Impact 100 member, and belongs to the esteemed Krewe of SWAT.

Bonnie Crawford

Hi, I’m Bonnie Crawford. I live in the Pensacola area with my husband, Chris, and my two sons, Christian Rhett and Tristan. I have a BA in Public Relations & Marketing, and a Master’s of Education degree. After teaching first grade for Santa Rosa Schools and serving as a Student Adviser for Studer Education, I’m raising  my sons full time and enjoying a Community Relations role at Crawford Law. We’re thrilled to be part of this one-of-a-kind event for Pensacola Opera.

Jacey J. Cosentino

Jacey J. Cosentino is a Pensacola Native. She is a Wealth Manager for Edward Jones at Peacock Wealth Management, President of Sunday’s Child, serves on the board of directors for the Pensacola Opera, Rally Shopping Soirée, Earth Day Pensacola and is the Director of the Pensacola Mountainfilm Festival. She runs a small horse rescue and is the mother of a 15 year old son, Clark.

Stacy Robello

as Model

In 2017, Stacy Robello, became one of the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Pensacola. She was a founding employee of the franchise in 1999 until late 2001. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida, she left to pursue her career as an educator in one of Florida’s top ranked systems; Santa Rosa County School District. But when the Home Instead office was granted their Home Health Agency license from the State of Florida in 2006, Stacy was inspired to return; this time as a Community Educator addressing issues specific to the aging population and as a promoter of the many home care services offered by Home Instead. She helps drive referrals and builds relationships within the provider network of home care. Some of Stacy’s affiliations are with the Home Instead Charities National Board Member, Baptist Women’s Board, Escarosa Senior Alliance, Santa Rosa Healthcare Advocates, Healthcare Professionals Association of Northwest Florida, Impact 100, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild, former seat at the Florida Department of Elderly Affairs Advisory Council, Certified Senior Advisor and a student at the University of Florida’s College of Medicine, Master’s of Gerontology program. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach, boating and going to the gym. Stacy is more enthusiastic than ever and she’s excited to continue the tradition of bringing exceptional home care and being a choice employer to the Pensacola community.

 

Robbie Schrock

as Model

Tennessee Native and Vol for Life, Robbie Schrock leads the Santa Rosa Island Authority as the Director of Administration. She is active in the community as she currently is the Curriculum Chair for the Leadership Pensacola program, Foo Foo Festival Public Relations Liaison committee member, Visit Pensacola Grants committee member, proud member of Impact100, Baptist Women’s Board, 4 Shore Fit bootcamp member, and Mom’s of Marshelle founding member, just to name a few. When not at community events representing the SRIA or planning the Pensacola Beach Air Show featuring the world-famous Blue Angels, she is busy being the mother of 4 beautiful and very active children- Stella (8), Sadie (5), and twins Camden & Cooper (3). Alicia Tappan

as Model

Alicia is a powerhouse and change agent. She is the Founder & CEO of Tappan Consulting, Inc. a nonprofit that provides survivors of human trafficking with the power and platform to share their stories. Currently, Alicia is pursuing her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology: Crisis Management. She has extensive work with trauma-informed care and Human Trafficking. Alicia is a public speaker, grant writer, and retreat host and resides with her husband and three sons in Florida. In 2019, Florida’s Attorney General, Ashley Moody, recognized Alicia as Survivor of the Year for her efforts in building capacity for Human Trafficking awareness & education.  As a survivor leader and advocate, her passion for these anti-human trafficking efforts, has led her to collaborate with education systems, medical providers, clinicians, law enforcement, and first responders along with community involvement for mentoring, education/training, and awareness. She has presented hundreds of trainings at the national and state level and has appeared in numerous news reports, articles, and podcasts. She is the author of a survivor guide series, Brave Girl Diaries, to be released in 2024.  From victim to survivor and advocate to professional Alicia invites you to join the fight by doing what you do well and adding anti-human trafficking to it. Bethany Lauren

Bethany Lauren, a Pensacola native, is the founder and CEO of Court of De Luna event space. When she isn’t planning the next big event, she enjoys traveling the world, going on adventures, and dancing in the rain. She is currently pursuing her masters degree at the University of West Florida in history and has two beautiful children Adalena and Carl Andrew. 

Ashley Saba

Ashley Anderson Saba’s career includes Regional Business Development and CrossFit Training. About Rock Me Amadeus, LIVE

Rock Me Amadeus LIVE is a musical show with a star-studded ensemble cast that melds together your favorite rock, pop and classical songs into a fun fusion of nostalgic music.

Blending iconic songs from your favorite bands and artists of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, with the likes of classical masters and rockstars of their day – Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, and more –  Rock Me Amadeus Live takes you on an unexpected and unique musical journey. Interweaving old and new, classic and modern; this is a musical spectacle and theatrical experience that dives into a time of nostalgia with the sounds of today through an array of fun mashups, creative medleys, and a moving story that interweaves it all.

Co-created and co-produced by world-renowned operatic soprano Alyson Cambridge (Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall) and legendary guitarist and musical director Tony Bruno (Rihanna, Enrique Iglesias), the ensemble cast of Rock Me Amadeus brings together a wealth of diverse and immense talent, including heavy metal legend Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), celebrated international violinist Máiréad Nesbitt (Celtic Woman), Chloe Lowery (Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Broadway star Tony Vincent (American Idiot, The Voice), and many more.
