Pensacola Opera is celebrating its 40th Anniversary Season with thrilling opera productions, new leadership, acclaimed education programs, the 20th Anniversary of the Jan Miller Studio Artists Program, and a vision for the future. Opportunities for emerging artists and new audiences to experience the excitement of opera will continue to increase in the years ahead. Pensacola Opera is committed to charting a course for meaningful change in our community, maintaining a focus on equitable and inclusive programming, while honoring the very best of our art form. 

Pensacola Opera’s 40th Anniversary marks a distinct moment in the organization’s continual growth and change. As we reflect on past successes and toast to the Company’s current health, we have the opportunity to honor those who have contributed to its growth and the obligation to secure a sound financial footing for its future. We invite you to join us in support of our Foundation for Our Future Campaign.

To secure our future we must accomplish three goals. The first is to increase our endowment funds and build upon our annual operating reserves; second is to expand and enhance our programming so that we may excite our loyal patrons, reach new audiences, educate more children, and raise opera to an even higher level in Northwest Florida; and third is to grow our Elizabeth Foster Henderson Studio Artists Housing Fund so that we can continue to provide housing for our Jan Miller Studio Artists for years to come.

We need your help. We are eager to share with you that in the first year of our campaign we have raised just over $420,000 in gifts and pledges. With your gift or pledge, we know we can reach our $550,000 goal by the end of this year. 

Your contribution to the Foundation for Our Future campaign will not only contribute to the financial stability we have worked so hard to achieve but will also secure a future with opera for the next generations.

There are many levels of support, and we are accepting payments toward pledges over two years. We encourage you to participate at the highest level comfortable for you, above and beyond your current level of support.
